Our Mission: To inspire children's love of reading, touch
their imaginations and creativity through books and build
a community of successful, life-long readers by
providing trained, committed volunteers
and new books to at-risk elementary
aged school children.

Our Vision:  The Rolling Readers purpose and vision are very clear.  We  have a
major crisis in our country.  In the past forty years our society has become less
literate, with the biggest decline occurring in those children already in the bottom
half in reading test scores. This "societal" problem requires a "societal" solution.

It is time for each of us, individually, to make a difference in the lives of the
children  in our schools and communities.  At Rolling Readers, we are a catalyst
for making it happen.
Welcome!
